TM-008 Yangon/Mandalay/Amarapura/Sagaing/PyinOoLwin/Mandalay/Bagan/
Mt.Popa/Sale/Kalaw/Pindaya/Inle/ Yangon

Day 1 Arrival Yangon

  • Arrive Yangon International Airport. Meet with the Local Tour Guide and transfer to Hotel.
  • Afternoon sightseeing to Bogyoke Aung San (Scott ) Market, Photo stop at Karaweik Hall( A Royal Barge built in a shape of Hamsa Bird) at Kandaw Lake, Sule Pagoda, World famous Shwedagon Pagoda & China Town.
  • Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 Yangon - Mandalay

  • After breakfast, flight to Mandalay Airport. After arrival, drive to Amarapura and visit Mahagandayon Monastery- attend daily meal of thousands of monks, Silk hand weaving workshop and U Bein Bridge (built with teak logs), to see the surrounding area of a local village,
  • Proceed to Sagaing. A place for Buddhist devotees and home to more than 3000 monks and many meditation centre.
  • Visit U Bein Bridge for unforgettable sunset on the way to Mandalay.
  • Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 Mandalay – Pyin Oo Lwin

  • Drive to Pyin Oo Lwin: around (3) hrs drive: a hill station town. Colonial Style Horse driven cart tour around the hilly resort city.
  • Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 4 Pyin Oo Lwin - Mandalay

  • After breakfast, Visit: Botanical Garden, Chinese Temple, Waterfall & Market
  • Return to Mandalay . Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 5 Mandalay - Bagan (by boat)

  • After breakfast, begin an 8-hour boat trip to Bagan on the longest river in Myanmar: "Ayeyarwaddy". Noticing the life style along the riverbank, one can enjoy the sights and sounds on the down riverboat trip.
  • Lunch onboard.
  • Dinner and night stop in Bagan.

Day 6 Bagan

  • After breakfast, sightseeing ancient Bagan.
  • Highlights include Nyaung Oo Market, 11th century Shwezigon Pagoda, Kyansitthar U Min, Gubyuakgyi temple & Lacquerware workshop.
  • Visit Ananda Temple, Thatbyinnyu Temple, Damayangyi Temple.
  • Enjoy the sunset at Bupaya Pagoda or Shwe San Daw Pagoda.
  • Overnight at hotel.

Day 7 Bagan - Mt.Popa - Sale

  • One and half hour drive to Mt. Popa. Climb 777 steps of extinct volcano, which is the home for the 37 Nats (Spirits).
  • Proceed to Sale, it takes you one and a half hour and 54 km along the Ayeyarwaddy River to reach the home town of the "Shakespeare of Burma", U Ponnya, the most celebrated poet of king Mindon's court.
  • Overnight at Bagan.

Day 8 Bagan - Kalaw

  • Bagan / Kalaw : by car (7) hrs. Driving through the central plane and Shan Plateau, witnessing the change in landscape.
  • Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 9 Kalaw - Pindaya - Inle

  • After breakfast, visit Kalaw Market.
  • Kalaw and drive to Pindaya.
  • Visit Pindaya : Heho / Aungban market, Pindaya Lake, Pindaya Caves (thousand of Buddha images enshrine inside), Shan Umbrella Making Industry.
  • Afternoon, continue to Nyaung Shwe or Khaung Daing. Take a boat to your hotel if it is located on the lake.
  • Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day10 Inle

  • Excursion to Inle Lake : Witnessing Intharr’s(Native People of Inle lake) Native method of by conical-net fishing, Floating gardens, Floating Islands, Floating Market(if coincide with Market day), Paung-Daw-Oo Pagoda ,Nga Phe Chaung (Jumping Cats) Monastery, Weaving village, Visit Padaung Tribe people.
  • Overnight at hotel

Day 11 Inle - Yangon

  • After breakfast, transfer to airport.
  • Fly back to Yangon. Visit National Museum.
  • Sunset cocktail Cruise in Yangon River.
  • Overnight at hotel.

Day 12 Yangon

  • Free at leisure.
  • Transfer to airport for international departure.
  • End your journey and leave Myanmar.
